Refund policy


Given the nature of charity and philanthropic donations, refunds are only given at the discretion of our management. Please ensure that the donation amount you enter on the electronic form is the amount you wish to donate.

If you enter an incorrect amount or if you make the donation accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please in writing via email to Our management will review the request and respond within 5 working days.

If a donation is refunded, the relevant tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded.

Event tickets

Once the event ticket transaction has taken place refunds are only given at the discretion of our management.
Tickets must be returned to us in a resalable condition within seven days for a refund to be considered.

General rules

Ticket sales

We will refund ticket sales if the buyer advises the Monash Health Foundation via phone or email two business days in advance of the event that they cannot attend due to illness or accident.

Donations and recurring donations

The Monash Health Foundation will refund if:

• there was an error with the donation processing
• the donor entered the wrong amount
• the recurring donation did not cancel correctly when requested
